Delete your account

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete your Satdobato account, whether you use the website or the Satdobato app. Send the request from the email address on your account, so we can confirm it’s you:

We’ll confirm by email once your account has been deleted, within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (name, email address, password).
  • Your saved delivery and billing addresses and phone number.
  • Your product reviews are removed or made anonymous.

What we keep, and why

Records of orders you’ve placed, including the items, amounts, delivery address and any payment screenshot, are kept for accounting, tax and legal reasons. After deletion they’re no longer linked to an account. Your wishlist, cart and recent searches are stored only on your own device and are removed when you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.
